The University Green is a quadrangle bounded by the Pioneer Memorial Church, the Administration Building, the James White Library, and the Seminary building. During ceremonial events, such as graduation, international flags are flown honoring the countries represented in the student body as an expression of the University's international character. It is possible to fly sixty-six flags.
